We are the “ORIGINAL” Call Center Group founded over 15 years ago by Jeffrey Brown. Others have copied variations of our name, but none have achieved our level of QUALITY and SERVICE to our clients. We are an independent and very specialized boutique search firm. Call Center recruiting is our exclusive focus. Ours is an enthusiastic approach to creating vendor partnerships to satisfy your outsourced recruiting needs for Call Center Management Recruiting & Contact Center Management Recruiting.

Our staff of recruiters and research associates has over 60 years of combined experience in the call center industry. We have account executives and associates in our organization whose backgrounds in the call center industry range from Upper Management to Operations to Technology.

Our emphasis and strengths lie in the middle and upper-middle management areas: Positions paying in the $40,000 to $200,000 + annual range. Our active data-base of candidates spans the entire United States, Canada and many of the emerging overseas markets.

We have been highly successful in staffing start-up locations where the nucleus of Key Managers and Directors must be recruited in advance of the mass hiring blitz.

We also have a solid track record of success in assisting with the expansion of existing Call Centers that need special additions to staff to help them grow to the next level.

Jeff is the Chief Executive Officer of the Call Center Network, LLC and manages the operations of The Call Center Group. Formerly, he was the president of J.B. Brown & Associates, Inc., one of the largest professional recruiting firms in the country. Thirty five years in the recruiting business with the past fifteen years specializing exclusively in the Call Center industry. He is degreed from Miami University in Business and also holds an MBA from the University of Michigan. The Call Center Group specializes in both the “Retained” and “Contingency” Search functions on positions at all levels of call center management, including Managers, Directors, VP/GM levels and above.

Valerie Saunders

Valerie is the Director of Call Center Research, has over 20 years of experience in the management recruiting business and has been an integral part of the Call Center Group since its inception. Valerie manages the best staff of researchers in the industry. She attended Kent State University where she studied Business Administration. Thom Sheils
Thom has 20+ years in the Call Center industry in senior level positions in Call Center Operations Management. Thom has been the east coast (New York) affiliate of The Call Center Group since 1998.
