Well established, thriving and industry leader has an immediate opening for an experienced and proven NATIONAL CALL CENTER DIRECTOR to be located in Phoenix, AZ. We are seeking an experienced Call Center Sales Leader who can play a major role in the startup of the Phoenix site. Everything from helping to select and deploy the right technology to establishing the Strategy, Policies, Processes, Methods, KPI’s, Hiring and Training, Compensation and overseeing the WFM / Scheduling plan, Updating the Incentive Plans for the Reps., etc.. We need someone who has had startup experience and who has worked in a multi-channel B2C environment where customers can interact with the company via Voice, Chat, E-mail and Social Media. The main function of the call center will be Appointment Scheduling and follow up with prospective customers that come thru the website and online advertising.
Will have at least 8+ years of Call Center Management experience within a Sales & Marketing environment with a focus on a new startup and lead generation and appointment scheduling in a B2C environment. Must be a strategic, analytical, tactical and critical thinker; will have successful and proven experience in Sales & Direct Marketing; must have strong startup experience, inclusive of call center operations, technology selection, WFM, processes, procedures, policies, hiring & training etc… Will also have the ability to build relationships and work in a team environment; and possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills. COMPENSATION: $120K - $140K Base Plus Bonus Potential & Some Relo Assistance on a Case by Case Basis
