Jeffrey Brown - Jeff is the Chief Executive Officer of the Call Center Network, LLC and manages the operations of The Call Center Group. Formerly, he was the president of J.B. Brown & Associates, Inc., one of the largest professional recruiting firms in the country. Thirty five years in the recruiting business with the past fifteen years specializing exclusively in the Call Center industry. He is degreed from Miami University in Business and also holds an MBA from the University of Michigan. The Call Center Group specializes in both the "Retained" and "Contingency" Search functions on positions at all levels of call center management, including Managers, Directors, VP/GM levels and above.

Valerie Saunders, Director of Call Center Research - Valerie has over 20 years of experience in the management recruiting business and has been an integral part of the Call Center Group since its inception. Valerie manages the best staff of researchers in the industry. She attended Kent State University where she studied Business Administration. Richard A. Loeb – (Strategic Business Partner) - For the past seven years, Richard and the Call Center Group have been affiliated in the management of certain key clients as well as collaboration on many high volume assignments. Mr. Loeb has extensive recruitment experience in the Call Center, Consumer Products and Financial industries. Prior to becoming an Executive Recruiter, Mr. Loeb served in a variety of Director and Divisional Manager capacities in the consumer products, retail, finance and insurance industries. Mr. Loeb obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Cleveland State University and graduated with an MBA from John Carroll University and is a published author and featured speaker at industry conferences.

Thom Sheils, (New York Affiliate) - 20+ years in the Call Center industry in senior level positions in Call Center Operations Management. Thom has been the east coast affiliated of The Call Center Group since 1998.
